meet caitlin

Raised in the Napa Valley, Caitlin has been surrounded by food, wine and a service culture since her earliest years. After high school, she set off to pursue a career in finance at the University of Redlands earning a degree in Economics & minor in Mathematics. Post graduation, she rediscovered her true passion for hospitality and people, launching into a career of managing casual fine dining restaurants all over the United States including: New York, Santa Monica, Atlanta, Scottsdale and Miami. Nine years ago after meeting her future husband (remind her to tell you later the crazy story of how they met!), she returned to Northern California and transitioned her career into event planning at a couple of local Top 100 San Francisco restaurants. She has focused specifically on planning events & weddings privately for the last five years.

Spending time with her husband, kids & Australian Shepherd.
Entertaining at home for friends and family.
A classic pair of pearl earrings.
Stationery of all kinds; a handwritten thank you note is highly underrated in her book.
Traditions - making your own and honoring old ones.
The exchanging of vows. Caitlin will cry. Every. Single. Time.
Having completed four marathons (including Boston) and two triathlons, running is an essential part of her daily life.

Having lived all over the U.S. Caitlin does have a deeper knowledge of many cities but sticks to planning events in the place she calls home; her expertise lies in planning well executed events in beautiful Northern California.
